Dr Leung is a general dentist with special interest in Implant dentistry, oral surgery and forensic odontology. He received his dental training and implant dentistry postgraduate training from HKU. He then received his postgraduate training in forensic odontology, forensic pathology and forensic science in Australia, UK and HK. He has been awarded the Honorary Fellowship in Faculty of Forensic and Legal Medicine, Royal College of Physicians of London and a Fellow, Faculty of Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology (Forensic Odontology), Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia.

Apart from his private dental practice, he is an advisor to TWGHs Dental Service, Po Leung Kuk Dental Service, Poi Oi Hospital Dental Service and the Chairman of the Management Committee, HKTBA Rusy M Shroff Dental Clinic.

Dr Leung is active in community service locally. He has been a director of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals and Hong Kong Tuberculosis, Chest and Heart Association.   He is also a senior officer in the Auxillary Medical Service of HKSAR.
